Problem Note 59519: Publishing SAS® Merchandise Planning data to SAS® Visual Analytics Administration and Reporting ends in an error in a distributed environment

Publishing data from SAS® Merchandise Planning on an AIX environment to SAS® Visual Analytics Administration and Reporting on a Windows environment results in the following error:
ERROR: Unable to connect to Signing Server.
Even though the error occurs, the data is successfully published. However, if you attempt to publish data from the same worksheet a second time the following errors occur in the publish log, the data is not replaced, and the publish attempt fails:
ERROR: Unable to connect to Signing Server.
ERROR: The table MPPLAN.#####_#_####_.DATA already exists in the SAS LASR Analytic Server on host 'localhost', port 10011.
If you wish to create a new table you need to drop the existing table first. If you wish to append records to an existing table, you need to specify the APPEND data set option.
ERROR: Write access to member MPPLAN.#####_#_####_.DATA is denied.
ERROR: (mp_pub_copy_to_va) 10:57:33 mp_pub_copy_to_va: Error copying plan data to VA.
